Rules

  1. You must be at least 21 years old.
  2. You must have a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement.
  3. You must have two years experience riding a motorcycle of the size you wish to rent and pass an observed test ride.
  4. You must obey all traffic laws.
  5. Renter is required to pay the insurance rate directly to MBA at www.mbamotorcycle.com.
  6. Passenger liability is not covered; a waiver is required for a passenger.
  7. Helmets are available and highly recommended
  8. You must lock the bike if you leave it unattended for any length of time. Locks are available. We will not replace a stolen bike.
  9. If you have a mishap while riding and you have been drinking, you will not have any insurance coverage.
  10. You must have a credit card to rent a bike.
  11. There is a $1500 damage deposit taken at the time of rental. Insurance coverage on the bike has a $1000. deductible. You are responsible for the first  $1000.

    Insurance includes:

    • Liability Coverage to others
    • Comprehensive Coverage with $1000 deductible
    • Collision Coverage on a secondary basis $1000 deductible
  12. A $100. non-refundable deposit must be paid with your reservation; reservations for rentals over 7 days will be charged a $350. non-refundable deposit. Deposit is credited towards rental or tour. Under unusual circumstances requiring cancellation, deposit may be applied to future rental. All tour groups must be prepaid. Any tour cancellations within 30 days of the start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  13. You are responsible for any minor damages to the bike or lost gear provided to you. This includes punctured tires.
  14. Medical insurance is not provided and is your own responsibility.
